As a key member of our global mobility team, you will be responsible for delivering critical compensation, tax, and payroll services to support our clients' international talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of tax and compensation service deliverables to client companies
  • Develop and maintain compensation worksheets, balance sheets, and salary analyses
  • Manage payroll, cost projections, and assignment letters
  • Prepare compensation summaries, W-2 reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Track tax equalization and compensation collection
  • Participate in special projects as identified by the business unit
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience in expatriate tax, compliance, payroll, and/or assignment management
  • Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access packages
  • Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
  • Experience with AS400 is a plus
