Clinical Nursing Supervisor - Medical/Surgical Unit

Full-Time DAY SHIFT

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor for the Medical/Surgical Unit will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • As a pivotal member of the Medical/Surgical Unit, you will engage in providing care to a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, orthopedic issues, and neurological conditions. This role offers continuous learning opportunities and the chance to approach each patient with assurance. Join a team that prioritizes compassionate care.
  • Administers direct patient care in alignment with established protocols.
  • Develops, maintains, and assesses individualized care plans for each patient, considering their developmental needs.
  • Recognizes and addresses the educational needs of patients' families.
  • Effectively administers medications, IV therapies, and treatments to assigned patients in a timely manner.
  • Accepts, transcribes, initiates, and executes physician orders in accordance with established guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS -


Clinical Nursing Supervisor - Medical/Surgical Unit

Full-Time DAY SHIFT

Candidates for the Clinical Nursing Supervisor position must possess the following qualifications:

  • Recent leadership experience in acute care nursing, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Open to candidates with any adult inpatient experience from an acute care hospital.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment commencement.
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse or Advanced Nurse Practitioner license.

COMPENSATION -

Salary Range: $90,000 - $106,000, based on experience.

Sign-On Bonus: No sign-on bonus available.

Relocation Assistance: Considered on a case-by-case basis.
