Land Development Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Land Development Specialist to join our team at Bell Gardens Landscape Inc. This role involves collaborating with engineers, architects, and other workers on landscape construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and strong knowledge of construction division practices, including hardscape, irrigation, and project management.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other workers on landscape construction projects
- Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
- Responsible for project progress, delays, emergencies, and problems that may arise
- Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
- Report project progress and budget to clients
- Explain contract and technical matters to others in a clear manner
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction
- Strong knowledge of construction division practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
