Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Vaco Los Angeles. As a key member of our Legal team, you will be responsible for drafting, proofreading, and editing contracts, as well as providing administrative support.

Salary Range and Benefits

Responsibilities and Requirements

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Legal team with administrative tasks
  • Drafting, proofreading, and editing contracts
  • Tracking contracts through negotiations, approvals, and distributions
  • Managing contract tracking spreadsheets

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract administration
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
