Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our business operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, championing our mission and values, and resolving issues to avoid escalations.
  • Forecasting: Develop sales opportunities based on products, inventory volume, ROI, and selling power, identifying underperforming metrics, and generating strategic solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead the Customer Service team, ensuring policies are met, and weekly sales goals are achieved.
  • Fraud Claim Management: Manage all fraud and missing package claims, avoiding refunds through effective customer service.
  • Shopify Management: Manage products, descriptions, weights, origin, variants, pricing, and sales orders, exchange requests, and schedules sales and discounts as forecasted based on inventory stock.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the retail and e-commerce industries, including Shopify and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
