Job Summary:

The House Supervisor is a key member of the PSN Affiliates team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hospital departments after hours. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to interpret hospital standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Department Directors administratively and clinically, and assume responsibility in their absence.
  • Assist Department Directors in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling facility activities.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, hospital administration, and staff.
  • Responsible for the efficient operation of facility operations and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Supervise the provision of nursing care clinically and administratively.
  • Play an active role in patient placement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • ACLS & PALS required.
  • Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience.
  • One (1) year of Orthopedics and Spine preferred.
  • Cognitive skills as related to the position.
  • Top Level Customer Service Attitude and Compassion for our Patients and Customers.
