About the Role

The Territory Account Specialist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Provide clinical and commercial expertise to customers, including product information, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, as established by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or business-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of clinical and commercial operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, sales leadership, or business development.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and commercial operations, including product development, regulatory affairs, and market access.
