As a key member of our ICU Stepdown 5 South ABC team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Plan of Care: Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and self-care.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi.
  • Certification: BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
