Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable and proficient Digital Advertising Specialist to enhance and expand our online marketing campaigns. Our objective is to significantly elevate our current performance metrics, and we seek an individual who is confident in their ability to implement effective strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword analysis, on-page optimization, link development, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an efficient landing page to capture leads.
  • Establish Google and Bing advertising campaigns.
  • Develop an ad campaign with an ad group and a minimum of three distinct ads as part of the initial setup.
  • Launch and initiate the ads, ensuring they receive approval.
  • Implement Google tracking pixel or Bing pixel on the landing page to optimize ad performance.
  • Ensure the conversion pixel is correctly set up and functioning to reflect form submissions on the ads dashboard.
  • Conduct comprehensive website audits, optimize content and meta tags, analyze website traffic and rankings, and execute effective SEO strategies.
  • Enhance our website's visibility and achieve top rankings in various search engines such as Google, Yandex, and Bing.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Perform website audits, optimize content and meta tags, analyze website traffic and rankings, and implement effective SEO strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical SEO.
  • At least 1 year of experience with WordPress.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience in website auditing.
  • Proficient in link building.
  • Expertise in on-page optimization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO.
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads and a demonstrated history of improving campaign performance.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
