Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiology procedures, maintaining production and quality of imaging procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities- Perform radiology procedures in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Utilize effective communication skills to ensure patient understanding and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control policies, and radiation protocols.
- Maintain equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and imaging records.
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Less than 1 year of experience in radiologic technology.
- ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Medical Radiologic Technologist licensure by the State of Texas Medical Board.
