Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants to perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and manage the treatment of mental health conditions, including detailed evaluations and medication management.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing management of medications and psychotherapy as part of the treatment process.
  • Collaborate with our Medical Director and multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as internal company policies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant.
  • Valid and unrestricted PA license in the state of Iowa.
  • Experience or strong interest in psychiatric and mental health care, with solid skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
