Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Site Manager to join our team at W3Global Inc. This role requires a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising and coordinating construction field activities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all construction field activities, including scheduling, logistics, quality control, and trade employee staffing.



  • Oversee work among assigned trades to ensure coordinated project operations and resolve local area issues related to procedures, design clarifications, labor, and equipment.



  • Manage the site safety program, ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations and adherence to company standards.



  • Supervise and develop Field Engineers and/or interns, including conducting performance evaluations.



  • Create and implement project schedules and recovery strategies to maintain project timelines.



  • Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers to address and resolve field issues.



  • Participate in the subcontractor and billing processes, overseeing work estimates, payrolls, material invoices, and subcontractor payments.



  • E nsure all work is installed in compliance with contract documents and specifications.



  • Participate in preconstruction activities, including bidding, estimating, and constructability reviews.





Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.



  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction management.



  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, contract documents, and specifications.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.



  • Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, and project schedules.



  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.





Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
