Education and Experience Required:

- Extensive sales experience within the industry and with similar products, typically requiring 8-12 years of advanced sales experience.
- Project management skills are essential.
- 2-3 years of product sales experience in the relevant specialty.

Knowledge and Skills:


- Recognized as an expert in product, solution, or service offerings, as well as competitors' offerings, enabling you to sell comprehensive solutions.

- Understand the industry and market segments of key accounts, integrating this knowledge into a consultative sales approach.
- Apply project management methodologies to define, plan, resource, and track successful pursuits.

- Comprehend the role of IT within your specialization and how HP's solutions address specific industry challenges.

- Skills in account planning and accurate revenue forecasting are critical.

- Collaborate with management and sales teams in shared accounts to ensure seamless integration of specialist sales efforts.

- Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure account retention and growth, positioning HP as the preferred vendor for business needs.

- Demonstrate excellent project management capabilities.
- Establish professional relationships with clients at the executive level.
