Grants Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grants Coordinator to join our team at Lifecare Alliance. As a key member of our grants department, you will play a critical role in researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding for our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research prospective grant opportunities to match the focus of funding sources to the needs of our programs
  • Work closely with the Grants Director and team to prepare and submit funding applications and reports
  • Maintain official grant files and ensure compliance with legal, auditing, and foundation requirements
  • Assist in maintaining accurate data to ensure funding source information is up-to-date
  • Support the Grants Office in its ongoing grantor recognition functions and help drive strategy with Grants staff on continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Effective Internet search skills and ability to learn new programs and software
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate the Agency's mission and possess familiarity with community health and/or gerontology
Working Conditions:

Full-time employment working eight hours per day, forty hours per week, between 8 a.m. opening and 5 p.m. closing, Monday through Friday; schedule may change to include potential early morning, weekend, or evening hours.
