Lead Software Engineer, Infrastructure Solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages, along with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, including 1 year in software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience in developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership capacity.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.

Compensation:
The compensation package for this full-time role in the US ranges from $161,000 to $239,000, including bonuses, equity, and benefits, with variations based on the role, level, and location.
Individual compensation is influenced by geographical area, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and test code for product or system enhancements.
- Lead or participate in design evaluations with colleagues and stakeholders to select optimal technologies.
- Provide feedback on code quality by reviewing work from other developers to ensure adherence to best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, efficiency).
- Enhance existing educational resources or documentation and adjust content based on program updates and user inputs.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product or system issues through thorough analysis of root causes and their impact on hardware, network, or service performance.
