We are committed to being the Platform that facilitates the transition of our military veterans into civilian careers. Our primary objective is to offer meaningful internship experiences to our nation's heroes during the final stages of their military service. The SkillBridge initiative is crafted to provide internships that may lead to full-time employment following the training period.

Through this program, service members will gain invaluable civilian work experience during the last 180 days of their service in specialized Aerospace and defense roles. We recognize the immense value of having access to a highly skilled and motivated workforce, which is why, as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, we are dedicated to providing this unique opportunity for service members to learn and grow in civilian career paths.

Eligibility Criteria for DoD SkillBridge:
  • Must meet DoD SkillBridge qualifications as outlined in DODI
  • Must have served a minimum of 180 days on active duty
  • Must be within 12 months of separation or retirement
  • Must receive an honorable discharge
  • Must have completed any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Must have participated in an ethics briefing within the last year
  • Must have written authorization from the Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in the chain of command) to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program prior to the start of the internship

The internship opportunities are conducted in-person at our main facility. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive experience.
