About the Role

At TM Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through effective customer acquisition and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition and Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer success strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and customer success data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
