At TM Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through effective customer acquisition and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and customer success data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
