Exciting Opportunity for a Mechanical Systems Engineer

Scout HR Services is currently seeking a talented Mechanical Systems Engineer to join a leading aerospace organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in areas such as conceptual design, rapid prototyping, CAD modeling, fabrication, testing, and documentation.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and evaluating components, subassemblies, and machinery
  • Proficiency in SolidWORKS and Fusion 360 is essential
  • Exhibiting comprehensive experience from problem identification to resolution
  • Mechanical component development
  • Creating detailed assembly instructions
  • Experience in product and program management is advantageous
  • Fostering and maintaining effective team dynamics
  • Adhering to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Collaborating closely with customer support to resolve issues and enhance product development
  • Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn and share knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in 3D printing technologies
  • Proven experience with precision assembly techniques
  • High school diploma or GED is required; advanced educational qualifications are preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to perform well under pressure while maintaining high-quality output
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds or more
  • Proficient in using light power tools
