This role is structured as an initial contract-to-hire opportunity.

Position Overview:
Responsible for the assembly of electronic parts, sub-assemblies, and systems by adhering to detailed written work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic components and systems with precision.
  • Follow specific assembly instructions and guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with the production team and engineering personnel.
  • Utilize standard measuring tools and techniques for mechanical assembly operations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, Trade School, or GED.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks.
  • Capable of physical activities including occasional bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with machinery such as D-panel routers and PVA conformal coat machines.
  • Willingness to obtain solder certification.
  • Familiarity with J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards.
