Job Overview

First Bank is seeking a skilled Transaction Banker to join our team. As a Transaction Banker, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Process monetary transactions, create money orders, and provide timely and courteous service to customers.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, maintain cash drawers, and balance ATM and vault accounts.
  • Referrals: Support the sales effort by referring customers to other bank products and services.
  • Other: Work collaboratively with the team, complete training as needed, and understand and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, math skills, and prior experience in customer service. Basic computer skills, confidentiality, and strong communication skills are also essential.
