Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Flexible Transaction Banker to join our team at First Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and building relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely, courteous, and professional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, manage cash drawers, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Referrals: Develop a strong understanding of our bank's products and services, and refer customers to other areas of the bank as needed to meet their financial needs.
  • Other: Work collaboratively with other departments as needed, and participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
