Transaction Banker

Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy helping others and providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for a skilled Transaction Banker to join our team at First Bank.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide timely, courteous, and professional service to customers, processing monetary transactions, creating money orders, and scanning transactions into the system.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, balance daily, and ensure the assigned cash drawer is secure at all times.
- Referrals: Have a general understanding of all products offered by First Bank and present them as solutions to customers, supporting the overall sales effort.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Math skills and basic computer skills
- Confidentiality and strong communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
As a Transaction Banker, you will work as part of a collective bank team, assisting in other departments as needed. You will also be responsible for understanding and complying with related laws and compliance regulations. If you have good attention to detail, strong communication skills, and can adapt easily to new situations, we encourage you to apply today.
