Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular assessments of machinery and systems to identify malfunctions and necessary repairs.
- Execute routine preventative maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment remain operational and safe.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across various equipment and systems.
- Work with PLCs and pneumatic systems to guarantee their optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Document maintenance activities and report on the status of machinery.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of maintenance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician capacity.
- Proven experience in mechanical and machine maintenance.
- Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics and PLC systems.
- Experience in industrial maintenance settings.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
