Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular assessments of machinery and systems to identify malfunctions and necessary repairs.
  • Execute routine preventative maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment remain operational and safe.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across various equipment and systems.
  • Work with PLCs and pneumatic systems to guarantee their optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Document maintenance activities and report on the status of machinery.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of maintenance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician capacity.
  • Proven experience in mechanical and machine maintenance.
  • Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatics and PLC systems.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance settings.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
