Job Title: Production Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description

This position will be responsible for driving process improvements in the Assembly area. Key responsibilities include project management, leading process improvements, and utilizing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to increase efficiencies. The role involves working with automated assembly equipment, including robotics and PLCs, to identify areas for improvement. The engineer will also utilize AutoCAD or Solidworks to make modifications to existing equipment, tooling, or fixtures. Additionally, the role requires creating and updating documents used by team members and the maintenance crew, as well as utilizing SQL databases for reviewing data collected on processes. The engineer will help implement a preventive maintenance schedule for use by Maintenance staff.
