Registered Nurse or LPN for Rehab Hospital in Northwest Reno

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team at Sierra Medical Center's new rehab hospital in Northwest Reno. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Current Nevada nursing license
- Current BLS certificate
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred
