Registered Nurse or LPN for Rehab Hospital in Northwest Reno

We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team at Sierra Medical Center's new rehabilitation hospital in Northwest Reno. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide safe and compassionate care to patients in our medical-surgical environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population-specific, and diversity needs in care assessment.
- Construct and implement the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill.
- Coordinate the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
- Develop goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's designated care partner to meet the educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of the patient.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certificate.
- One year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
