Registered Nurse or LPN for Rehabilitation Hospital

We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team at our new rehabilitation hospital in Northwest Reno. As a rehabilitation nurse, you will play a critical role in providing safe and compassionate care to our patients in a medical-surgical environment.
Responsibilities- Assess and address the psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population-specific, and diversity needs of patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care using nursing knowledge and skill.
- Coordinate the implementation of interdisciplinary plans of care for assigned patients.
- Collaborate with patients' designated care partners to meet their educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Follow communication practices that minimize risks associated with handoffs among providers and across transitions in care.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certificate.
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
