As a Registered Nurse in our rehab unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on disease management and self-care.
- Conduct hourly rounds to ensure patient safety and comfort, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
