- Adhere to recipes and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Control food and inventory costs, optimizing menu planning and resource allocation.
- Lead and train a team of culinary professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume culinary environment.
- Superior knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
