Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team in the Bend area. As a temporary role, this position will last 6-9 weeks over the holiday season.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company calendar, schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Daily use of the printer and copy machine
  • Accounts Payable entry
  • Creating and distributing meeting notes, reports, and presentations
  • Processing mail and managing document workflows
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, and the public
  • Enthusiasm for working as a member of a team in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods, focus on tasks in an active office environment, and operate a keyboard, write, speak, and hear. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is also required.
