We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at American Glass Professionals. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for greeting customers, inspecting vehicles for windshield damage, and informing customers of our windshield replacement services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with the check-in process.
- Perform a detailed inspection of each vehicle to identify windshield damage.
- Inform customers of our windshield replacement services and any applicable warranties.
- Schedule windshield replacement appointments for interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
