Job Summary:

Trinity Health Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Full-Time On-Call Visiting Home Care RN. This role will provide hands-on patient visits, working closely with our RN Triage Nurse to coordinate care and meet patient needs.

Responsibilities:

* Perform patient visits, providing high-quality care and support to patients in their homes.
* Collaborate with the RN Triage Nurse to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
* Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse.
* Valid New York State RN licensure.
* Proficiency in IV care and advanced wound treatment.

Pay and Benefits:

Competitive pay range: $33.50 - $46.95 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
