Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance partnerships with various organizations.
  • Educate community members about mental health and the services provided by Maryland Wellness to increase awareness and referrals.
  • Guide team members on leveraging their networks to promote company visibility and referrals.
  • Maintain a database of referral sources, tracking interactions and generating reports to analyze trends.
  • Conduct impactful presentations for referring partners, utilizing personal insights and experiences.
  • Assist in organizing and executing company and community events to boost staff participation and community engagement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, creating business plans to sustain referral flows and identify new opportunities.
  • Regularly meet with the Community Relations Manager to discuss progress and strategize.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Highly adaptable and flexible to change.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse demographics.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both internal staff and external partners.
  • Valid driver's license for community travel.
  • Understanding of confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with technology and various communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrated reliability and ethical work practices.

Experience & Education:

  • At least 2 years of experience in outreach, market development, or relationship management.
  • Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in mental health or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Copper) is a plus.

Salary:

$55,000.00
