We are seeking a skilled Roofing Consultant to join our team at Shumaker Roofing, a reputable company with over 75 years of experience in the industry.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the roofing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their roofing needs and provide expert advice.
- Inspect the exterior of client's homes for damage and consult on appropriate solutions.
- Create estimates and provide recommendations on our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures, practices and industry regulations.
- Attend regular sales meetings and trainings.
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets.
Requirements:
- Great organizational skills.
- Outgoing personality and ability to create rapport with clients.
- Professional work etiquette and respectful attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be technology/computer savvy with CRM experience.
- Ability to carry, set-up and climb a ladder.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Must be able to work independently yet have a team player mindset.
- Previous experience in the roofing industry or similar preferred.
