We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Penn Station Shadyside. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless execution of our high-volume restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager with daily operations, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Direct the workflow of team members, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Interact with customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and serve food, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, or in a similar role in retail.
  • Reliability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high awareness and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, confident problem-solving abilities, and a team player attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including closing the restaurant regularly and opening on occasion.
