About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Senior Living, you will be a key member of our team responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in our community. You will work closely with our residents, families, and internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and promote our community's unique features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in
  • Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
