Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The individual in this role is tasked with collaborating with members on their personalized fitness journeys, ensuring that the Wellness Center operates smoothly and safely, while fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages member participation and wellness in alignment with organizational policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conduct fitness assessments for all members to tailor programs to their needs.
  2. Organize wellness consultations and evaluations at appropriate intervals, and proactively reach out to members who miss appointments.
  3. Provide guidance and answer inquiries from members to assist them in achieving their health objectives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wellness trends to offer relevant support.
  4. Oversee the upkeep and sanitation of wellness center equipment and facilities, performing daily and weekly cleaning duties.
  5. Foster genuine relationships with members, encouraging connections among them and within the organization. Maintain a friendly and responsive demeanor.
  6. Ensure a secure environment for all program activities.
  7. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, responding effectively to emergency situations.

  3. Previous experience in wellness or fitness environments is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Capability to engage in wellness activities.
  2. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
