Our Team

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Homecare Professional RN to join our Community Care department. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A valid New York State license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in homecare or long-term care settings.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • A commitment to continued professional development and staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. In addition, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
