The Marketing Manager will oversee the annual marketing operating plan, strategic direction, and budget execution for our B2B sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Health Plans, Accountable Care Organizations, Health Systems, and Employers.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities:

  1. Lead demand generation initiatives in partnership with commercial collaborators to achieve annual revenue targets.
  2. Deliver insightful market and competitive analysis to inform the business's annual operating plan. This includes conducting desk research on industry trends and competitor messaging, as well as analyzing internal performance data.
  3. Guide Market Research & Analytics teams to produce competitive intelligence and market insights in collaboration with leadership and commercial teams.
  4. Develop and refine compelling market-ready value propositions and brand positioning for our products.
  5. Direct marketing campaign strategies in partnership with Customer Marketing teams, focusing on market analytics, segmentation, targeting, channel strategy, and content development.
  6. Work closely with Customer Marketing teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals, managing the marketing budget accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with Agile Marketing teams to create sales enablement materials, including presentations and digital content.
  8. Provide comprehensive marketing campaign performance reports to leadership.
  9. Consult with the Strategy team on ideation processes related to strategic marketing alignment.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on demand generation.

· Preferred experience of 3+ years in the healthcare sector.
