Job Title: Overnight Client Service Specialist

At Centered Health, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Job Summary:

The Overnight Client Service Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to adults living on our property, ensuring they have everything they need while following the lead of the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to work with our population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in shift briefings with other staff to review pertinent tenant information, upcoming appointments, and duties that need to be completed.
  • Ensure the home is neat and tidy at all times, including light housekeeping duties such as tidying up, laundry, trash cans, dishes, floor, and organizing closets.
  • Facilitate activities such as game nights, movie nights, art activities, and nature walks to promote socialization and engagement.
  • Transport tenants to appointments, outings, or shopping trips when necessary, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Remain visible and accessible to tenants, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast and snacks, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Communicate any facility needs or general issues to the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Possesses a High School diploma or GED.
  • Has a minimum of 1 year experience in the customer service field.
  • Demonstrates a genuine desire to work with our population, showing empathy and understanding.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Must have a current California driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including internet, email, and Word.
  • Ability to lift and carry light objects and parcels as an incidental part of the job.
