The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable mechanical operation of lifts, emphasizing proficiency, instruction, safety, and leadership in all areas of Lift Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair the assigned lifts
  • Utilize technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to optimize equipment downtime
  • Engage with priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results
  • Follow safety and risk management policies and procedures
  • Support the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization, working closely with Lift Operations
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior mechanical or electrical experience
  • Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license
  • Ability to work efficiently at heights
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc.
  • Intermediate ski/snowboard ability preferred

Salary and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $23.00 - $29.59 per hour, with the opportunity to grow through Epic Service - our leading training and development experience.
