Business Development Analyst

Amplity Health is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business development decision-making, prospecting, and strategy development
  • Support the business development team with recommendations that accelerate target identification and opportunity qualification
  • Research and identify target demographics of business-to-business pharmaceutical and biotech industry buyers and influencers
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
  • Maintain accurate records of campaigns launched and all corresponding results
  • Assist with the creation of high-quality PowerPoint slides, from concept to client-ready presentations
  • Proofread and format all final versions to provide client-ready documents
  • Work closely with business line leadership, sales team, and marketing to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Compile and generate weekly and monthly business development reports
  • Maintain the required information technology expertise and competitive product knowledge in accordance with Amplity/client standards
  • Generate emails and email series in conjunction with marketing and business development initiatives and campaigns
  • Work on account-based strategic lead generation business development campaigns to generate qualified phone meetings and opportunities for the business development team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders
  • Proven experience in business analysis, account mapping, and sales. Experience in the healthcare environment is a plus
  • Intuitive business sense and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to quickly grasp the competitive landscape
