About the Role
Velocity Ventures is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Office Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the guardianship court and participating in proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to guardians, promoting their activities and ensuring they have the necessary resources to carry out their duties.
- Communicate effectively with the guardianship court, submitting statements and proposals as required.
- Clarify facts and provide guidance on powers of attorney and signature certification.
- Introduce and train guardians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Recruit volunteer guardians and implement placement measures based on judicial orders.
- Refer individuals to experts and hearings at the guardianship court, ensuring they receive the support they need.
- Implement the Bavarian Mental Health Care Act, issuing orders for provisional placement as required.
Requirements
- Hold a successfully completed degree in social pedagogy, pedagogy, social work, or a comparable field.
- Alternatively, possess the specialist examination II for employees or the qualification for the 3rd qualification level (diploma in public administration, bachelor's degree in public management, etc.).
- Ideally, have experience in the field of guardianship and legal knowledge in the area of guardianship.
