- Strong grasp of physical metallurgy and the relationships between structure, processing, and properties
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results within deadlines and collaborate effectively
- Must possess U.S. Person status
- Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Materials Science and Engineering or a related field with at least 7 years of experience
- Familiarity with various aerospace material systems
- Understanding of the high-temperature alloy supply chain
- Proven record of publications or intellectual property related to high-temperature materials
- Experience utilizing data science tools for material discovery
