Position Overview

The Senior Asset Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in our expanding asset management team by leveraging expertise in analytics and data-driven strategies to establish systems and processes that support the growth of Urban Villages' portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize a robust analytical and data-centric approach within the asset management team.
  2. Enhance and refine existing asset management systems and reporting tools.
  3. Develop scalable, data-driven processes for asset management as the portfolio expands.
Accountabilities

The Senior Asset Management Analyst will oversee all analytics, reporting, and systems related to asset management at Urban Villages.

Analytics & Research
  • Lead and manage all analytics and research related to asset management.
  • Create systems and processes grounded in data-driven analysis.
Reporting & Budgeting
  • Manage all reporting on asset performance.
  • Assess portfolio performance metrics.
  • Develop and oversee budgets and cost forecasts for each asset.
  • Implement standardized financial reporting and KPI tracking for third-party managers.
Acquisitions & Investment Analysis
  • Conduct analytics for property acquisition and investment evaluations.
  • Monitor market analytics to inform investment strategies.
Investor Relations
  • Prepare reports and communications for investors regarding portfolio performance.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate analytics and reporting.
  • Proven ability to create standardized systems and processes for asset management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on real estate portfolio performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
Compensation: $150k-$200k, based on experience and performance.
