Lead Asset Management Analyst

Currently, Urban Villages manages:
- Approximately $1 billion in mixed-use real estate assets
- About $1.5 billion in development pipeline with land control
- Over 35 full-time employees across three offices
The Senior Asset Management Analyst will play a vital role in our expanding asset management team at Urban Villages, leveraging proven expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making to establish systems and processes that will support the growth of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a robust analytical and data-driven approach within the asset management team.
- Enhance and refine existing asset management systems and reporting frameworks.
- Develop scalable, data-driven processes for asset management as the portfolio expands.
The Senior Asset Management Analyst will oversee all analytics, reporting, and systems related to asset management at Urban Villages.
Analytics & Research
- Lead and manage all analytics and research pertaining to asset management.
- Create systems and processes anchored in analytics and data-driven analysis.
- Manage all reporting related to asset performance.
- Assess portfolio performance metrics.
- Develop and oversee budgets and cost forecasts for each asset.
- Implement standardized financial reporting and KPI tracking for third-party managers.
- Conduct analytics for property acquisition and investment evaluations.
- Monitor market analytics to inform investment decisions across targeted markets and asset classes.
- Prepare reports and communications for investors regarding portfolio performance.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
