We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Management Professional to join our team at Pop-Up Talent.

The estimated salary for this position is between $67,000 and $79,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This role will support management's efforts in implementing policies, procedures, and programs that ensure a well-managed and well-maintained building. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing positive responses to tenant concerns and needs, as well as ensuring environmental health and safety and quality programs align with the Owner's goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative functions, including typing of correspondence, proposals, reports, and lease amendments, as requested by Senior Property Managers/Portfolio Managers (SPM/PM).
  • Maintenance Coordination: Assist in maintaining property management files, perform HVAC maintenance compliance program tasks, work with SPM/PM and Assistant Portfolio Manager (APM) to solicit and collect bids for various work at properties, and prepare, route, and process service contracts.
  • Tenant Relations: Coordinate facets of tenant move-in/-out processes, process tenant requests for service, maintain excellent tenant and client relations, and assist with follow-up of corrective items to tenants and vendors as directed.
  • Financial Management: Monitor accounts receivable, ensure timely receipt of all rents, follow Orchard delinquency procedures, and work with APM to prepare and serve notices, among other financial responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with maintenance accounting and/or budgeting software (Kardin).
  • Excellent people skills, ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, and high level of confidentiality.
  • Proactive, initiates follow-through, and works well in teams.
