Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions, maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Spearhead the integration of ServiceNow across different business units, ensuring processes are streamlined and aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to maintain high performance, security, and compliance standards within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the platform's capabilities, staying current with technological advancements and implementing best practices.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including IT, manufacturing, HR, and executive leadership, to ensure the ServiceNow platform aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical mentorship to the engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead training initiatives to promote platform adoption and ensure high levels of user proficiency across the organization.

Your Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in ServiceNow development and system implementation, with significant hands-on experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and platform management. Strong background in systems engineering and process optimization, particularly within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to oversee complex software implementations and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry's unique challenges and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, with the ability to apply these principles to enhance ServiceNow operations and governance.
