Position Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE certification for Texas (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in utilities, water, or environmental projects, especially in residential land development
  • Experience in Municipal Public Works / MUD and land development initiatives
Responsibilities:
  • Management of MUD projects, including participation in board meetings, reviewing engineering plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing technical reports
  • Offering technical expertise in areas such as land development, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure
  • Identifying and resolving potential design and construction challenges
  • Conducting site assessments as required
