Human Capital Coordinator

HealthyU Clinics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Capital Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Human Capital department.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition Support:
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, ensuring timely completion of all paperwork, orientation sessions, and necessary training.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Reporting, Analytics & Data Management:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Generate and analyze reports on key metrics, including employee headcount, turnover rates, time-to-fill, and other KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with workforce analysis by preparing detailed reports on staffing trends, demographics, and turnover projections.
- Track employee changes, including promotions, terminations, and role transitions, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in HRIS.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HC team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing employee files.
- Support department through cross-functional training in areas of payroll, benefits, employee management, etc.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical personnel files, ensuring document compliance and confidentiality.
- Research & Policy Support:
- Conduct research on best practices, compensation trends, and compliance requirements to support the development of policies and procedures.
- Assist in updating the employee handbook and other policy documents to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Research industry benchmarks and support salary surveys to provide insights into competitive compensation strategies.
- Stay updated on labor law changes and help ensure the organization remains compliant with employment regulations.
- Conducts market analysis and proactive research programs and tools to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role, with experience in talent acquisition preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (such as Paylocity) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and interpret HR data to support decision-making.
